So yesterday I had an e-mail tutorial session. It was...odd. Funny but odd. Best quote of the session, when referring to my character Ellie and the lies she had told my tutor made this comment: "Maybe its me. Maybe I have problems trusting powerful beautiful kind women." XD

Having that chart is an excellent idea - and the treat upon completion is great motivation (no ice cream for you unless you finish your dinner!).
