Summary: Misao just came back from the dead, and Kakashi wouldn't mind training with her and talking about stuff like memories and the forgotten past.

Events in Purgatorium had a way of keeping the ninja on his toes. If it wasn't one thing, it most certainly was another, and Kakashi often took it upon himself as some kind of secret responsibility to take care of those he knew and trusted--whether they be students he'd forgotten or new students he'd just acquired. So he was somewhat disappointed that efforts to save Misao from death had been unsuccessful...
Then again, at least she didn't do it on purpose. Unlike some people...
But really, it was always one thing after another. Perhaps he was just making life harder for himself by trying to get involved. At first glance, one might even say that Kakashi was attempting to atone for his sin of sloth, once known as the sin of melancholy. The sin of not desiring to change his life or not putting forth enough effort to do so. The sin of setting down and folding, giving up and allowing misery to consume him. In actuality, Kakashi had always been fighting off the recurrence of the past; he never wanted anyone to suffer the things that he did. But in the end, he was always too late or seemed to take the easy way out, and perhaps that was what the gods saw as his sin.
While he'd never intended to, it seemed that he was always working his way up and atoning. The guilt never left him behind, and he was always pushed to somehow try harder. Rikku was another motivator, and he was always adjusting for her, always trying for her sake. To an extent, she even made him believe that he could change things despite the uncertainty.
Although Kakashi was the one who wouldn't have minded training and talking, chances were that he was already late. Sure enough, with a few more leaps and bounds, he saw Misao waiting in the near distance...
... he supposed that she'd be angry, but then again, she might've known by now to expect him to be tardy.
