prosecutorial immunity. I mean, yes, I understand the point of protecting professional public adversaries from punishment for doing their jobs; but when we’re seriously asking
"Should prosecutors be allowed to knowingly frame people for murder and get away with it?" - something’s effing broken.

A CHILLING EFFECT IS VERY APPROPRIATE WHEN THE ACT IS A CRIME. That is half of the intent of imprisoning people in the first place - disincentive.
If prosecuting that or lawyers who frame defendants knowingly keeps others from behaving in a way that could be perceived as criminal, GREAT. THAT is EXACTLY what I want.
