I think what you're saying about people not easily being able to see/acknowledge talent right next to them is very true.

If you want a way for people who haven't yet gotten your CD to listen to your music you could probably just take the mp3s (or equivalent files), stick them in a zip file and upload them to something like sendspace.

Also I think one of the problems with getting people to listen to you music is that a lot of the time when someone first hears a song they aren't listening to the lyrics nearly as much as they are listening to the music/melody. That's why catchy songs sell the best even though a lot of them have retarded lyrics.

evan...here's the dead truth..i've heard four of your songs so far from the cd. Unfortunately, the speakers in adams piece of shit car aren't that great and we could barely hear anything through that fucking static..god i hate that thing..anyway..I aplogize and do promise to listen to it in my room..but I keep forgetting it in adam's car. Personally, from me, watching you come as far as you have, im blown away that you put so much of your time and talent into this and came out with a real product..I did listen to two of the songs on your myspace music site too. Not bad in the least. I like them better with just the accoustic truthfully but i think it might just be my own speakers not giving me the right effect. Hope you're doing well all the way out there and write me man..haven't heard from ya in like a month man.
