Recently, we decided we are going to eat better and lose weight - and we officially started yesterday (Facebook friends, I'm not talking about this on there - the snarky comments I received just discussing the THOUGHTS of this from some people in my life means it's not something I'm sharing there. what diet are you following? I really need to kick my butt into gear and eat less junk! I am walking 4-5X a week. I walk A to school in the AM (I think it is around 2.5 mi) and accomplish 3 things, exercise for me and the dog and I get some 1:1 time with A.
I find that men tend to drop weight easier than women do so try not to get discouraged.

It's the Digest Diet - http://www.digestdiet.com/. The first 4 days are 2 shakes and soup - 2 cups of soup, which doesn't sound like much, but holy crap they're filling, and both nights in a row I had trouble finishing them - LOTS of greens, TONS of flavor. The ingredients are supposedly "fat releasing" - the shakes are yoghurt, coconut milk, honey, cocoa powder, fresh (or in my case, frozen, due to my allergies) fruit, natural peanut butter - they keep me full for a good 4 hours. And there's snacks too which are good - surprisingly addicted to low fat cheese stick wrapped in romaine lettuce - it's SO GOOD ( ... )
