Office chair

Dear lazyweb,

does anybody have recommendations for a good office chair? The requirements, pretty much are:

1. Mesh back
   
2. Adjustable armrests
   
3. Some lumbar support, ideally adjustable
   
4. Not falling apart too soon.

I see mostly chairs made by www.steelcase.com around me.

I would say those are way, way, overpriced. Just like Aeron.
