Two separate incidents of motorist hostility towards pedestrians spotted within a minute of one another, walking home just now. Neither against me (one vs. man in Utilikilt, one vs. woman in crosswalk) but still I was shaking by the time I got home, trying hard not to scream. Actually, still am, still am.

Oh, and Sylable-Inflation-Makes-It-Kewl Dept.: I missed the part on the Utilikilt website where they describe it as an "unbifurcated garment."

OMFG. The official cost ranges from $125 to $700. Maybe I should try to make a northern Maine version using a blue poly tarp and duct tape.

Yes, I am indeed pleased and surprised at my apparent ability to intimidate the weather with threats of physical violence. I'll have to keep that one in mind.
