Without you, I'm like this, Prince. Like an agonizing bird.
[After the curse that forced her to face her loss, Rue had caged herself, unwilling to leave the stage as she danced. To convey her sorrow with the grace of her moves. To end again and again as the Dying Swan. Arms folded, on tiptoe, she dreamily and very slowly circled the stage. With

Still, it only lasts him down the block, and then it fades out into blankness, as does his expression. But for that one block of walking, he looks quite cheerful, and while there might not be happiness underneath it precisely, there's enough devotion to perhaps draw the wrong attention.]

She listens a whistling and she looks up, spotting a man she hasn't talked to before, but she has seen him in the Network.
He has many friends and he seems so devoted to them.

She has been cooking dinner lately, so that they'd be forced to sit together and talk at least. If nothing else, they're allowed to laugh over her horrible cooking. I want to be loved. She still craves for it. Not one or a dozen would replace Mytho, but she's trying. As she strides back the Opera Abandoned, she crosses a girl who is carrying bags, too much food for her alone. Family, friends, happiness. The hunger gets stronger.
Not Rue's yearning to be loved, but the voices of the raven's blood that have become stronger and stronger with every torn heart. Feed me. Love me. Feed me. LOVE ME AND ONLY ME. She grabs her head, disoriented, before she turns to walk into the girl's direction ( ... )
