Would I be right in saying that the majority of cases in the USA (and Belgium and elsewhere in the RC church involved a parish priests in a parish setting, whereas in the ROC, the setting is generally a seminary, involving very young adults and often higher ranking clerics?
You may be right. It should be like that due to celibacy. However, this sort of corruption is on all levels in both cases. This is a remarkable similarity.
