I am now my school newspaper's copyeditor. I get one credit hour to be a grammar Nazi, and if I fail to Nazi hard enough, I can get in trouble. This wouldn't be a problem except that I'm required to do my grammaring in AP style--short for Associated Press.

( They hate commas. More specifically, they hate that comma at the end of a list of things. )

Hmmm...Ember grammar Nazi-ing @ people irl. I think you might be on to something there.

Oh noes though! I was going to bug you next week to beta my new S/N fic and now I can't because you've got to browbeat lazy college kids into using the English language properly, which is a very valuable service. =/

It would have blown your mind too! Seriously, I'm so amazed at how easily its been flowing, like whoa. O.O;;

If I see you on MSN I'm totally going to squee about it to you though. =P

Grammar Nazi-ing irl for a credit hour. Plus it looks good on a resume (or so my newspaper supervisor says). :D

D: I may not be able to. Finals start next Friday. But I can try if you want! :D We don't have classes Thursday and if nothing else, I might be able to beta it in class or something. :D

No betaing in class! You're supposed to be LEARNING and studying for those finals! XD

Its not a big deal if you can't; I've rarely ever used a beta before, but this story is SPECIAL and I really want it to be as close to perfect as possible. Maybe I'll bug Aurrai. ^^;

LOL, FINALS. You know, this is actually my favorite time of the year. (Well, this and midterms.) I get to relax in class, and the cycle of panic-cram-study-panic is reassuring to me. I like taking tests, too, because they're usually pretty clear yes-you-understands or no-you-sucks.

IT CONCERNS ME THAT YOU THINK YOU CAN SKIP OUT ON MESSAGING HER OR WHATEVER AND JUST TELL HER ON MY COMMENTS PAGE. It's telling that she'll probably get the message, too. XD

I'm sure I can beta, I'm just not guaranteeing timeliness.
