can someone tell me why whenever i try to save anything it only saves as a .bmp file? i try going to the URL or saving the whole page, but it still wont work. i use comcast cable interent, thanks

can someone please tell me how to set the font and size to arial 9 on my user info? also to have the text "justified" (even on both sides) thank you ;]
