Wow, Caleb taking charge and hauling off Gabriel actually turned me on.

I'll have to read this again later and come up with more words and sentences then, I'm kind of in the middle of something (but I couldn't resist reading) and can't get my thoughts together. But then, when have I ever?

If bru could read this, she'd really like Caleb getting jealous and whisking Gabriel away. I feel it's a conditioned response already. I see the word jealous, I think of bru. XD

Well, I guess I'm not really adding much except that usually, I'm on team Gabriel but here, I felt Gabriel could have tried harder in escaping his family's clutches and give Caleb a short call to inform his boyfriend he was still on this earth. He could have snuck out of the house and called using a payphone or a homing pigeon or something.

I do like the result, however. Gabriel could use the possessiveness and jealousy of Caleb after suffering several rejections at his attempts at seduction.

This is my favorite line: “I never thought I’d end up laughing in this house again.”

That was really beautiful and told so many things at once.

Can't wait for the next chapter!

Oh, my bad. It's just that I have my boyfriends' cell numbers memorized when we're together. I remember having an argument once and I deleted his number (made a big production of it in front of my friends) and declared I will never talk or text him again. When an unregistered number appeared, I grabbed the phone from one of my girlfriends and went " Gilbert! You stupid, stupid man!" It was much ruder sounding in my language but that's just about the right translation. We made up the same day.

Oh, I'm really looking forward to your boinking scene. Don't die yet. You still have a presentation to do and better post that chapter first before you think of expiring.

Well, honestly, Gabriel probably SHOULD remember Caleb's number. It's like him to. But it's so easy to rely overmuch on cell phone memory banks; the only numbers I know are ones I learned before I got a cell. So I'll just excuse it like that XD

Pfft, wow, that's pretty funny. I tend to answer unregistered numbers pretty rudely, but that's because they're usually machines/political calls/other crap. I uh, don't do that when I've been out applying for work. XD

Right, I know where your priorities are XD You guys aren't going to let me pass on peacefully no matter what happens. You're going to call up my ghost to get me to finish whatever story I'd started at that time XD

Unnff. That's right, Caleb. Claim your Seme. Should I feel bad for Caroline? Nah. /usually dislikes female's in BL except from Aikawa or Kaoruko (JR).

I love this Caleb-possessiveness. We need more of this. Oh, Gabe is going to have a field day. So... next scene will be steamy scene? (you know how much I want that. xD)

It would be weird if you felt bad for her, since she has basically no characterization whatsoever. Rachel actually does have some, so if you're going to pick a girl you have no problem with here, she's the more likely candidate XD

The next part will *include* a steamy scene, but these two have more propriety than to get it on in the car or in either of their parents' houses, so they have to wait 'til they get home XD

I forgot to mention Rachel. I like her character. The part with her and Caleb chasing each other around was cute. I love sibling love. (Not that sibling love, the normal family kind.)

Even if it sometimes happens in yaoi (car sex), it has to be uncomfortable. Mind refers to Akihiko getting Misaki back from Haruhiko and then suddenly CAR SEX. & Takano and Ritsu in December.

Haha, I got what you meant. I'm actually a big fan of that too. It's probably why the vast majority of my characters end up with siblings, and there's usually at least one close one. I wrote a character once who was the eldest of seven!

I KNOW! I can't imagine how you pull that off without somebody getting a cramp or something. I can barely just *exist* in a car, let alone do anything else, there's so little room. Plus, if Caleb and Gabriel tried that now, not only would that probably make a bad first experience, they're in a town where they'll inevitably be parked somewhere in the sunlight and with little kids in the general vicinity. XD
