What is the_spdn?

the_spdn is a Doctor/Rose (Doctor Who) newsletter. The purpose of the_spdn is to help Doctor/Rose fans keep in touch and easily find discussions, fic, graphics, and other related posts. Any posts that the newsletter links to will relate to the Doctor/Rose pairing.
