[Sam was just sitting near a window, looking out. He knows Sally wants him to lay down with her, and he will join her when he feels like it. However, he's stressed to hell, and every second that passes gives more time for the capekillers to hurt Dani. Maybe even kill her.

He can't go down that road right now.

Thankfully, he hears Bobby's voice, and turns his head. Out of habit, he yanks his goggles down from his hair, and lets them rest against his collar.]

Yeah, 'course. What's up, lil' buddy?

[Roberto took the seat next to him and let out a long breath, head against the wall and eyes fixed on Sam.]

Amara's pregnant.

[May as well just cut to the chase. Any bullshitting, and Sam would've called Bobby on it in a heartbeat.]

[Sam musters up a very small smile. Though that makes her a liability for a little while, he is happy for his friends. The idea that they want to leave to raise it, or that Amara even considered abortion never even crossed Sam's mind.]
