Congrats to Luvs/Buffy redux/cool web sites

I'd like to extend my heartfelt best wishes to luvsbitch and James, who got married yesterday! Marriage is really really really hard, but it's so worth it. May Luvs and James find the lasting happiness that we all seek.

In preparation for Writercon (now less than two months away!), I've started watching Buffy the Vampire Slayer again, from the beginning

And it's amazing how Buffy stands up to repeat viewing. The first time I went back to the beginning, I was suprised how adorable, glossy, cute, funny Xander was. I don't think I appreciated him properly the first time. Considering he was an actor who had very little acting experience (any?) at that point, his comedic delivery is superb. The ensemble gels immediately and the characterizations are there and solid right from the beginning.
