Dumb and dumber here will be trying to cut down a couple of the light posts by the station around the hospital, to drop them on the Army of Doom. Once the open wires start electrocuting them, the idiots will realize it’s better to try neutralizing the light system of each lamp post first.
…of course, Lavi’s late-Victorian savvy of electricity only applies so far, so they’ll be taking out a small network of light posts outside the hospital, while at it.
ONLY IF YOU WANT TO, you can extend the damage to claiming the light went off in areas of the hospital, and in residences /businesses around the hospital. After all, nothing beats a surgeon trying to go through a hectic night and having to resort to old school methods because the light went down; or someone witnessing the chaos in the dark. It’s all up to you.
Naturally, the police are welcome to arrest them for all this, orz.
Megumi will also be on scene, giving first aid, and if you want to throw a character in for whatever: GO FOR IT.
