Time to get out the pointy-toed shoes . . .

This guy is like the creep in Elf -- except that he's several gajillion bazillion orders of magnitude weirder and scarier than the elf ever thought of being. That guy is a freak. Maybe they should've just let him stay in Thailand or whatever country he was originally captured in.

Thailand didn't want him. Plus, he was sniffing around the children there, making him guilty of violating international, US, and Thailand laws against child-molesters and their ilk. Far better if they'd just hired a merc to take the bastard out into the jungle and blow his brains out right then and there.

But Thailand, I am guessing, has stricter punishments and their justice system, I think, is stricter than ours. They aren't lenient on their criminals like the Europeans who think the death penalty is cruel and unusual. In Thailand, you can get the death penalty for possession of marijuana. I am assuming and hoping that over there child molestation is considered worst than smoking pot.

As far as Thailand's government goes, I believe that is the case. There are areas of that country that are rather lawless, though, and in them things go on that are about as bad as it can get -- including using small children and older children as sex-slaves. The Thai government sticks to the cities as far as investigating such things goes. They do cooperate with Interpol on many things, but they don't patrol their own country very well.

Maybe after he's had a sex change operation, he could be Van der Sloot's new girlfriend. They deserve each other...

Van der Sloot's the prime suspect in both Natalie Halloway's disappearance and Stephany Flores's murder, isn't he? Yeah, I'd say Mark Karr and Van der Sloot would be a fine match after Karr undergoes his sex-change. Van der Sloot might even rapidly tire of Karr and do the world a favor by taking out the garbage . . . ;-)
