Cookie anxiety?

After reading this, I don't know whose ass deserves to be kicked more: the woman who apparently has no perspective whatsoever on neigborly interaction, or the idiot judge who ruled in her favor.

Sounds to me like she's got an anxiety disorder and a chip on her shoulder. Did you see how the girls offered to pay her medical expenses and still insisted on suing them?!? She's a bitch, plain and simple. And 10:30pm is not a ludicrously late time to be out.

I saw that. They tried to make it right, and she wouldn't let them. I don't mean to sound vindictive, but I hope she gets tons of hate mail.

She's clearly disordered; I have less of a problem with her, I think, than the judge who ruled in her favor.

Yeah, you're right: the ultimate blame here definitely lies with the judge. As much as I detest people who drag things into court that don't belong there, the judge was the one who was the worst offender. He should have told the lady that she was foolish for not accepting the girls' offer to cover her medical expenses even though they had done nothing wrong, and thrown it out of court. His ruling only encourages more bullshit.
