Hahahahaha, YES. I love that this show actually cares about consequences, like, evil vampires actually do kill people, you know? And for all that Joss is willing to kill off major characters, his Big Bads could be quite a bit more rampagey when it comes to such things.

Besides, I think dying was the best thing to happen to Caroline, because she is FABULOUS.

Why yes, yes he can. He gets a bad rap because people seem to think the crazy eyes are the extent of his acting talent. But he's actually INCREDIBLY good and all of his acting choices are very intentional, which you see when he drops the camp in Damon's most emotional moments.

I think I said this on DW while LJ was down? whatever. I feel like IS is playing Damon Salvatore, but acting like the character Damon Salvatore thinks Damon Salvatore should be. It's a lot of balls to keep in the air, really, I'm really impressed with him so far.

This is where I am in the show now! HOLY CRAP! I am catching up to you!

Love the way Caroline and Damon…basically have the same issues going on even if she’s good and he’s awful. It’s all about the insecurity, being the also-ran no matter what they do.

So many feels about their connections! They are more doppelgangery than Elena and Katherine :).
