So this is "something from a song." I actually wrote a couple of these from songs already. I've been listening to Daughter a lot in the car this week and basically every Daughter song is obvs about the X-Men, so I figured this would end up being some crazy sad character piece, but then the Parks finale got this song stuck in my head for a couple

Aww this is so great! I missed it the first go-around but so glad you posted that round up! I love how nervous and out-of-place Erik feels without his usual antagonism to fall back on, and his relationship with Ororo is wonderful. I also love the little aside about how many of the kids have met him randomly in the mansion over the years :D
