(And that would def be appreciated. This is...inconsistent and a mess, I think I switch position titles and names every other paragraph, but it is also only based on vague memories of the ~*~drama~*~ when my department was hiring a visiting lecturer in undergrad and stories I've heard second hand from all my friends who work as university administrators.)
