To try and flex my writing muscles since I have the next few days off, I am doing everyone's favorite, the two sentence ficlet meme!

Here is how it works:
1) You comment with a fandom and a pairing and/or prompt.
2) I peruse your suggestions and write two sentences of fic.

sam/teyla, athosian new year ritual

When Sam agreed to participate in Teyla's preparations for her people's New Year cleansing, she assumed it meant carrying things and making tea, which seemed to be two major steps in every alien ritual she had ever encountered. What she did not expect was painting long, even lines down Teyla's naked body, whirling the fine brush around Teyla's breasts, her ribs, her navel, and then lower, lower, lower. What she did not expect was the heat pouring off of Teyla's body, the way she pressed into Sam's hands, her tiny, breathy moans, the way she said, "Please, Colonel, please..." and the way she threw her head back when Sam's slid two fingers inside of her.

What she did not expect was to end the evening with smears of paint running down her own body as she lay across Teyla's bed, messy, damp, and fully at ease.

"Happy New Year," she said, and Teyla just smiled and laughed.
