Anybody Home?
Who: Captain Jack Harkness and Kate Austen
When: After talking to Dukat and waiting a bit for Handy to get back to him about newly missing people.
Where: Kate's room
What: Jack gets restless waiting to hear back from Handy regarding whether or not the hall monitors (if any are left) think Kate is missing. He goes to her room to see if she's in.
Jack hadn't wanted to tip his hand about anything to Dukat - the more he talked to the Cardassian, the less he trusted him - but he did want to know if Kate was missing. Again. He'd tried going through Handy, but he couldn't wait any longer. He decided to just walk across the hall and knock.
"Kate?" he called as he did so. "Hello?"
He'd wait a few moments to see if she answered before kicking the door in.
