Thank you. It was.

I have IBS, which is usually bad on it's own, but uncooked broccoli gives me terrible cramps that make it hard to sit or stand accompanied with constipation. That cup of soup made me sick for three hours.

Honestly, I'm in awe. If I had a day like that to go on with the rest of the stuff in your life I'd go F-ing nuts.

Thank you. I think with all that is going on inside my head, I try harder to not let the extra stuff get under my skin the same way I used to.
