sometimes my anxiety is what makes me think of the negative things because of how i feel. My mind wants to find something to dwell on. I hope that gets better for you because i know those feelings too well. It is nice to have distractions and im glad TJ is helping.
I think I have a lot of the same problems. For me and anxiety, generally, my anxiety clings to any bodily sensation feeling abnormal, but with my unresolved issues, my mind always goes back into the more hurtful things just to give me something, anything, to think about.
