The smallest size? I'm not sure :/ I mean it's stretchy so of course it'll fit a smaller waist than mine. ^.^;

ah... hm... I've had a bit of trouble with stuff being a little on the loose side like that ><; even the cm measurements would be quite nice. I'll have to go google it I guess. thanks though~ :3

Well even if it's loose you can take it in O.o I guess I can't see how it'd be a problem, I mean maybe 80 CM+? Smallest maybe 78 or a little less? I don't know. I wish I had that problem XD
