That "style" started in prison. It was a way of openly saying they were a prison bitch. Now young men go around wearing this and either have no idea, are gay, or know but don't care.

Oh, I learned something today :-)
Personaly I find that fashion not only ridiculous but must be quite inconfortable as well.

I don't know why people want to waddle like ducks-or like they are wearing a diaper that needs to be changed. -but I found out today that style is so that weapons can be hidden. nice clothing style for our kids.

mostly it is because they don't care. i have asked my son about it-and he says-"because it is the style"
