Have a good week and try to relax, even if you have to take a nap in a hospital chair while you stay with your mum.

Can you get audiobooks from your library or from a store that rents them? Get 1-2 and you can listen to them with your eyes closed and get some rest. They can distract you (a little) from worrying.

Sarah and Thea will be good for you.
