Below, you'll see a picture I made of Crowley from Good Omens. I situated it in the Garden of Eden, where Crowley was still known as Crawley. He is in snake form (partially) and ready to give the famous apple to Eve, though Eve is nowhere in the picture.

The Aziraphale is funny and strangely endearing but now Crowley is rather different.

My goodness, in his half snake half human form and with the nimbus of "hellfire" all round him, ending in the rayed effect round his head, and his vertical glide with the fatal fruit in hand, he has an astonishing feel of a William Blake painting.

The difference between the feel of Aziraphale and that of Crowley was one of the reasons I put them in different posts. ;-)

William Blake? Could be. Though I can't say that I'm that familiar with his work.
