I am so excited about buying cels again. They just have such beautiful artwork. Plus I have quite a few Omi cels coming in too! lol Luckily the seller had like 3 cels in each listing so I am gonna have extras now. *might have to post a few on ebay* ^_~

I am also gonna get a little website up for the cels and as soon as I get that done I will post it up. ahhh so much to do yet so little time.

Oooh, that is gorgeous! Best of luck with that one! Though you know, I almost wonder on the authenticity. You're right-- that scene doesn't look at all familiar (at least not that pose against that background.) I kind of wonder if the background is a substitute and only the pose is real >.< I mean, aside from the lack of ring-a-bell from it, there's something about that sky that just doesn't look like WK animation to me. :S

Yeah, that was my first reaction too. My eyes always hone right in on the leader!Aya misconception since it's probably the bit of fanon I most dislike. I can understand why it happens because of natural assumption, but the fact that he isn't the leader (and that instead the youngest and most innocent-looking is) is one of the things that I love about the series.

If I could play Region 1 DVDs, I'd get 'em. Alas, I cannot until I manage to buy myself a region-free DVD player (which is definitely on my list of Things To Get once I start working, so that I can buy the Weiss box sets) so I won't.

As for the summaries, well - WTF, is all I can say. Still, it's in keeping with pretty much every other DVD synopsis ever, given that it appears to have been written by someone who has never actually watched the show and never intends to, either. Nobody who had actually seen the series could consider Aya's butt-ugly ornage sweater o' doom to be the possession of a man with an eye for beauty. Nobody who goes around with that thing OMNOMNOMing up his neck could be accused of having anything of the sort. About the only thing they got right is that Ken is clueless, Omi likes computers, and Youji isn't averse to female company from time to time.
