The really amusing part is the fact that the scene I plugged in was post-Azkaban R/S porn. I can't imagine how it comes up with this result unless it's going by the names used alone.

Ah ha ha ha!

I posted some stuff I wrote for a game in to it, first by paragraoph, and thrn all in one go.

Looking at the same post this way, it told me I wrote like Dan Brown (one paragraph, also, shame -_-), Margaret Atwood (different paragraph), and HP Lovecraft (whole thing).

Wow. That's a result I haven't gotten yet. I keep playing with it, and nine times out of ten, I keep getting JKR. At least I'm consistent! Absurdly pleased, also that a lot of the times I'm *not* getting JKR are when I've specifically tried for a different style, or am writing in a different fandom. Wonder what will happen if I plug my original fiction into this thing?

Have you tried changing names to see whether you still get the same result? I get JKR too when I try this:

I do like him a lot. I wish I were a little less shy - and a little less "weird" - so I might be his friend for real. He wouldn't need to have so many other friends, because I would be "normal" enough to fulfil all the requirements of the Perfect Best Friend ( ... )

It's still plenty amusing, though. One of the porny scenes I plugged in didn't mention canon character names, houses, or Hogwarts, and I *still* got JKR!

Where did they find a porny scene written by JKR to compare it with yours? Are there additional scenes in the adult edition of the books? lol

Pity it doesn't work with French. I would have many more texts to try.
