It hasn't been particularly mean either... The water pokémon rampage and the bug swarms appear to have been caused by human hands and not by Johto itself.

I have no way of explaining the three missing days, however.

There was a bug pokémon swarm all over Johto in April. Everything pointed to one man being the cause of everything...

That man has already left Johto, however.

My group was on the road to Violet at that time, it wasn't an easy trip, but thankfully our pokémon worked hard to keep everyone safe.

I heard it came from the Radio Tower in Goldenrod. It would be a perfect place to transmit a signal like that too.
