I'm still reeling from last night's performance. 100 electric guitars for 75 minutes. The symphony was composed by Glenn Branca, a man who heavily influenced and performed often with the members of Sonic Youth. It was completely overpowering and beautiful. I just got an emailed entitled "Exciting Actuarial Opportunities." I don't think those exist.

So about a week ago I got an offer from MIT, basically right when I had decided on Princeton. I ended up going there anyway, finally made my decision today, about 4 hours before it was due.
