[The video feed turns on with a sort of 'thunk' sound and the rustling of someone's equipment being dropped on the ground. The sound is muffled but understandable, though the video shows nothing but the darkened interior of someone's bag. The 'on' button on these devices can be quite sensitive. I have found that others tend to not notice that they are turned on for a while as well.
