I'm not exactly sure what you mean.

When you're nominating icons, you post them with the maker's LJ username next to the icons.

If that's not what you're talking about, could you please try to clarify a bit?

And i had 2 put my name next to it with the link: http://firegal6.livejournal.com/

Like mine is firegal6, how do u make it blue, with the link?
