The bird.

It pooped.

On my head. This morning. While i walked to the train.

My handkerchief lies bent in my pocket. I won't use it again today.

Oh man, I can't stop laughing. It's supposed to be good luck, but I never knew if that was true or if everything else in your day just seemed lucky after something like that.

Glad to provide a laugh. Can't comment on the luck aside from the fact that it happened right as my just-after-long-weekend commute was starting.

That happened to me once, when I was 14. I always wonder why bird crap doesn't land on people's heads more often. Lots of birds, lots of people...

It's happened to me before, too, though never square in the head till today.

I'm pretty conscious about where i stand when in pigeon-populated areas, like beneath train platforms and such. But i was actually in motion when hit, making it all the more impressive an achievement.

Wow. I narrowly dodged such myself over the weekend -- I heard a weird sound and saw something out of the corner of my eye, and some poop had just landed about a foot to my left. It actually took me a few seconds to figure out what it was.

It felt like a fat raindrop. I figured it must be a leaf or something, since rain is far away from us right now, so i swung my hand around to sweep it away.

I then noticed it was wet. Shortly afterwards, i noticed it was not, in fact, rainwater. And it was all over my hand. Good times.
