it's a 'new' promo - on Monday while STARZ was running it's 'Race Against Time' movie marathon - I was trying to grab the minutes between the movies to see if there would be any new Torchwood promos and they had one which was a 'messed' audio of an old promo - ran it like a dozen times during the day - and then after midnight I grabbed one last movie and yesterday I almost deleted it without looking but I did and it had this new promo in it
