A New Toy!

As a congratulatory gift to myself for getting my promotion and raise, I got a new camera!

It's a very beautiful Samsung L200Black!  It's a big upgrade from my 4.1 megapixel camera that I was using.  This new camera has 10.2 megapixels and makes a world of difference!

We are totally zoo people too. Since we have the zoo pass we go all the time (well, Timmy and I more than Erik). We've really only been to 3 zoos since we've been together and it's so interesting to see the differences and similarities. There is a HUGE difference between a public funded zoo versus a private. The zoo in Las Vegas is a private funded zoo and so there aren't many animals (unless you count pigeons and chickens). It was still fun to visit though. Have fun exploring your zoos!
