Just chilling in the dorms today. Still no finals left. :P Went down 13th with Kristi and Jessyca, sold back our books, looked at UO gear. do you not get the point of american apparel? that they are basic, good quality clothes, made in america, where the workers get a fair wage and good working conditions and health benefits? i suppose you prefer your cheaper clothes made by overworked factory workers in asian countries? why don't you get a fucking clue about what's going on in the world, then you might appreciate why a store like american apparel is a godsend.

I respect the fact that they're good quality and American-union-made and all that jazz. That's super. But that store was goddamn frightful and gave off an eerier, more self-righteous vibe (kind of like yourself!) than any Hollister store I've been in. Fuck you (whoever you are) for imagining that I don't know anything about the world. Every one of the band tees I own comes from AA (as well as a pair of Franz Ferdinand jogging shorts), and I like them. But I can hate a place for having terrible layout, service, image, advertising, and selection.
