I just finished my Teach For America Application... And submitted it. AAAAHHHH.

REAL LIVE ADULTHOOD IS COMPLETELY UPON ME.

This is the set that has kept me up nights and made me want to die. Note the hideous "chintz-like" slip covers, which only appear as such due to the wonderful aid of the costume professor, Bill and the lab students that he allowed me to abuse.

I suppose I ought to legitimately update regarding my life, seeing as I have basically just left weird moods and irrelevant information in my journal lately.

First - a good weekend. I love stupid bartenders who drink too much to remember my last name and, consequently, only charge me $5.55 for at least $20 worth of alcohol.  Call me an alcoholic, but these are the things that make me happy.

So summer is sort of ending.  Which is hugely depressing, frankly.  I have ended my receptionist/officey job (thank God), and I have closed Oklahoma, and I'm ready to start my summer...

It pretty much sucks that there's only like 2 weeks left.

It is a GORGEOUS day today. It was a little bit on the warm side (it was probably 80 most of the day), but it was such a beautiful happy day.
