This may sound somewhat bizarre and definitely involves TMI, but I actually think sex during my period can be *more* fun -- all the lubrication issues are already taken care of! Also, frankly, it's just menstrual blood. Just have sex and then take a shower together. People (guys in particular) need to chill out.
Right, exactly. Also maybe TMI (no worries; you'd have to really, really want to squick me out and even then, it'd have to be really damn foul), I'm prone to craving sex when I'm on my period. It gets downright distracting. Much better then, too.
Good to know I'm not the only one! It's so sadly non-sensical biologically, too. Like, hey body, this is the one time we are *least* likely to get pregnant. So you want sex? I mean, good for me since I don't want kids, but I would SO FAIL in the wild. :)
I don't think we're allowed to ever sleep together. The sheets would be in the washer nearly half the month (depending upon how long it'd take us to sync cycles)... ;)

This is most excellent. :) I am not much a fan of sperm, either, but that's sorta moot, since I'm not much into sleeping with guys, either. I guess this means I still have legs.
And I like how you put it. It should be a condition. "You cannot touch my [insert your favorite euphemism] unless you're alright with period blood."
honestly, i have some issues with having period sex, but not because of the gross factor. semen is just as gross with blood in it as without!
what hinders me from sexin it up while i'm on the rag is twofold:
1. when you're on your period, your hormones are all out of wack and i don't feel particularly sexy most of the time. i'm not really in the mood as much while on my period. i had a friend who absolutely refused to be touched while on her period because her hormones were freaking her out too much.
2. i sit around all day with a huge wad of dry cotton shoved up my vagina. what lubrication bleeding would provide is now replaced by overly dry, uncomfortableness. if we're going to have sex, i have to plan ahead and take my tampon out hours beforehand.
nicky could really care less about sex while on my period. sex is sex to him. insert penis and remove. repeat until done. we usually have to make a pit stop in the bathroom regarless of what time of the month it is :)
I hear ya. :) The dry wad of cotton is usually enough to make me not want to be touched, at least there (thanks, I'll handle that part myself) -- hormones and various parts aching as they do, anyone who isn't too sure of herself is liable to cause a little pain, and not the pleasant sort. Everything else, though, is still a go, as far as I'm concerned, and I usually want sex even more then, crazy hormones and all.
