Although my wedding planning has slowed down a lot over the last couple of weeks, I do have some definite ideas about songs I want to play. I won't post our dance, because if we do go ahead with what I have in mind, I want to keep it a surprise. However, I do want to play this song at some point during the evening:

It has been a while between posts, mainly because I have been trying to think of a song. I think the problem is, I don't listen to music when I'm sad - at least, nothing specific. Like most(?) people, I turn to hard rock or metal when I'm angry. Loud drums and frantic guitar riffs will usually make me feel a bit better...

This is hard. I am one of those awful people who tends to listen to compilations and best ofs more than actual albums, but at the same time I do have several favourite albums...

Cheating slightly with this one, because I only listen to the radio on the way to and from the train station. In the morning I start out on Triple J then switch over to 96fm for the traffic. I am breaking my 'no posting songs I hate' rule to demonstrate a very important lesson. And that lesson is, pay attention to a song's lyrics :P

I used to like Tom Jones' 'She's a Lady', and then I paid more attention to the lyrics and realised how sexist it was. Here is a version with the lyrics so you understand what I mean:
