 Forty-two Democratic Candidates for Congress have joined in endorsing A Responsible Plan to End the War in Iraq.  The plan calls for an immediate end of military operation in Iraq and a withdrawal of troops from that country.  Although it does not set a time limit on the withdrawal process, it does not allow for “residual” troops to be left behind
