What a great man he was -- artist, union member, social activist.

I'm thinking the best thing to do to keep his memory alive is to keep singing the songs he passed on to us.

I only met Utah twice, when he was in in Chicago for the IWW Centenary, and when he was in Philly for the General Assembly the same year. I had the great luck and privilege to be his driver for the weekend then. Utah's songs and stories were a great influence on my early radical development, and he will be missed by many. Farewell Fellow Worker.
