NO BREAK IN VIDEO INTERVIEW.]
It wasn't really something to think about when I was back on Messaline. All we had to focus on was the present: everyone knew only two things. How to fight, and... how to die. When you're constantly fighting, there isn't really much time to think about the future- given that... lots of people died within only a few hours of being born. Generations upon generations.
When dad and his friends saved us... it opened up new doors. Futures. I climbed onboard and escape pod and came out to see the stars- new worlds are fascinating. That's what I want to do. See the stars... and help people out along the way. And hopefully one day, I'll run into my dad again and surprise him. [grins] He'll probably be either confused, or proud... I just hope I can live up to his legacy.
To be honest, I don't think he'd like it much here. Why? Well... [looks off camera] he doesn't like fighting- killing- much, unless it's a last ( ... )
