Um... well it's been a pretty long time since I got to experience winter. We don't get much snow back home. I'm excited too.
[ You talk a lot, Pinkie Pie, but aside from that Alphonse basically just sees someone really energetic. ] There are all kinds of ways for people to stay warm, and yeah! We ice skate.
I hope you don't mind my asking but... what exactly did you use to be...? [ Don't tell me an actual pony. HOW DOES THAT WORK? ]

I'll be okay for a bit longer! I want to let Swirlpuff and Giggle play, they can't do it as much inside without making a whole lotta mess!
[At the moment, the only mess made is the bits of dirt that Swirl's managed to trail into Pinkie's hair.]

[She's learned quite a few things during her time as a human. She kneels down next to Pinkie, and then rubs her hands together for a small bit. Then she holds Pinkie's hands, trying to transfer the tiny warmth.]

[She stares at their hands, then grins again. She really needs to get some gloves, but in the meantime, Fluttershy's hands work! Pinkie shifts a bit as a sign to Colonel Custard that he needs to move his butt off her, and sits up while trying not to pull her hands away from Fluttershy's. The numel is toddling over between them, and Pinkie does her best to lead Fluttershy's hands down to the short, coarse, but incredibly warm fur of Custard's back.]
There! Now we can have warm hands without having to keep rubbing them together! Numels are super warm all the time, unless they get wet, because they keep really hot melted rock inside them!

We should really start traveling soon so you can get one in Goldenrod! There's bound to be stuff for the rest of us to do there, it's supposed to be really big!

Oh, yes! We definitely should! I was just thinking about telling everypony that I needed to go there soon. Alone or otherwise--that seems to be the best place for me so that I can get started. But if we all go and we can all find our places there, that would be even better!

Well, I really liked ice-skating when back home. Didn't have the chance to do that all that much, but it was really fun!
And, well, people usually make snowmen, but I can't really remember if I ever had the chance to do any... [He ponders about that for a moment. He needs to tell Buddha that they certainly need to do that next winter.]
And, well, I guess piling up clothes is the only option we have. [He can't help but laugh.]
