Can't help you on the shipping/site, but I don't like them calling it an "amazon" flight cage. My amazon would barely be able to even flap in that without hitting the sides! My budgies love their cage that is that size though. :)

Yeah, I thought that too. However I think they mean Amazon as in the biggest/best/strongest of the small bird cages because the details references its suitability for small parrots, conures etc.

Besides, Amazons [birds] in Australia are like hens teeth. Can't imagine there being a profit in advertising any cage here except the hugest as suitable for them; they'd never sell them.

I want two cages around that size and height; one for my quaker and the other for a janday conure. They're both indoors and I'm looking to upgrade their day quarters.

Naturally, with one being a conure, I want solid, powder coated etc.

I'm not set on this particular one; it's just difficult to find what I need among a plethora of cheap cages with thin bars.

Thin bars are the #1 problem with my quaker. When I first brought him home, he let me know that his cage was unsuitable by popping all the bars off, lol. 10 years later, he's still a heavy bar chewer. Though this time, he can't get them off. :P

Thanks, but I have a corner cage and it's not working for me in my long, narrow living room. I can't get any natural light from the windows to my birds.

That site has some good cages but they don't deliver to my postcode, sadly.

I take that back, they do deliver to my postcode. I got them confused with another discounter.

They have other cages.

And you bargain with them... the reason they don't deliver to your postcode is because they are worried it will be damaged in transit. I told them I would sign a waiver if I had to and they delivered it to me. You could try that.
