Not On Top of Things

Dominic's school's Chinese Department is really NOT on top of things and I am seriously thinking of complaining about it even though I am trying very hard not to become one of those Complaint King parents

can the teachers be tested on something that they have never learned or practise before in such a short notice? very unreasonable of the department to expect the students to do miracles! they are obviously setting the students up for failure!

yes, i will complain, i rather be labelled a kiasu complaint queen than not doing anything about it, and putting my children in disadvantage.
