Krantz Films and Cartoons was an animation house situated off Richmond Road in Ottawa. They did finishing animation for the 1960s Spider-Man cartoon and a large number of commercials, but they were also known for a few specific cartoons.

Newton is like a nasty kind of mental wart - him and his side-kick Toot, the silent flute-playing harpo-marx-of-Olympia, were two of the more annoying characters in children's television.
