Papparazzi Problem ...

I have a notion - and maybe our polititcians can get right on board for this - what if they passed a law that all papparazzi were required to be completely naked if they were planning to take and sell celebrity photos. If they will not expose themselves, then they will not be able to expose the celebrities! Seems fair, doesn't it? What I think
